Our goal here at No. 302 Boutique is to provide you with clothing you love! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to try and make it better. Please look over our rules and procedures for returns:

  • All SALE/FINAL SALE items are ineligible for return. Entire SALE COLLECTION is considered final sale. (this does not include promotions or discount codes provided on full priced items)
  • Returned items must be unworn and unwashed; free of any marks or alteration
  • All returns must be made within 10 days of the date your order is received
  • Please email no.302boutique@gmail.com prior to shipping your item for return or exchange; your item WILL NOT be accepted if you skip this step
    • Include your invoice or printed out email confirmation with item(s)
    • Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns
    • Once item is received, your refund or exchange can take up to 3-5 business days
